The concept of Mittelstand originates from Germany, where there are many long-standing and professionally skilled "hidden champion" enterprises that serve as pillars of the German economy. In light of the characteristics of Taiwan's industries, the concept of Mittelstand has been introduced and defined as "enterprises with appropriate scale, solid foundation in basic technology, possessing unique and critical technological advantages in specific fields, high international market competitiveness, and primarily operating or producing domestically."

Since its establishment, World Known Precision Industry has aimed to become a leading manufacturer of precision parts manufacturing, focusing on developing processing solutions for metals such as cast iron, stainless steel, and aluminum alloys. WKPT is the winner of the D & B TOP 1000 Elite SME Award in 2020. This award is based on data, through the national SME export data, as well as the conditions of the financial stress index, payment index, purchasing manager index, export grade, and no negative lawsuit news. The TOP SMEs are selected after evaluating all conditions above. WKPT was awarded the D & B TOP 1000 Elite SME Award for its outstanding performance in techniques, finance, procurement, and export growth.

WKPT was given ISO 14001 Environmental Management System accreditation, conducting prevention of air, water, and waste pollution in the factory, reducing waste to fulfill environmental management.

We’re protecting the working health of employees. We prevent factors that may cause work injuries and health hazards to our employees protect their working health and improve performance of occupational safety and health. WKPT was given ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System accreditation and has strengthened hazard identification and risk management in the factory. We have improved organizational resilience and occupational efficiency, realizing a safe occupational environment through full participation.
