The International Labor Organization (ILO) has already released an article on occupational safety and health in 1981. Since 2003, April 28 has been designated as "World Labor Safety and Health Day", to let more people pay attention to occupational hazards and prevention of occupational disease.

We have attached importance to occupational safety and health for many years and made our organizational rules in line with the domestic Occupational Safety and Health Act and the OHSAS 18001 (Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series)

    Since 2019, WKPT has created the domestic first smart manufacturing line for gearbox mandrels. Robotic arms and online automatic measurement are used for measuring the I.D. and O.D. of the mandrels in automation. The measured data will be synchronized to the computer, and combined with the Statistical Process Control System (SPC) to produce a control chart, which makes us stay on top of the process capability clearly.

The main purpose of this automatic device is to complete the movements of the "wrist and hand". It can do the same movement correctly and repeatedly countless times, which will be a great help to improve the labor force and increase production efficiency.
