We selected alloy steel as the piston material primarily considering its high tensile strength and excellent surface hardening capabilities. After carburizing and quenching treatment, this alloy steel exhibits outstanding fatigue strength and wear resistance, capable of withstanding high-frequency reciprocating motion and pressure in hydraulic systems. The addition of alloying elements enhances the material's toughness, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance, while precise carbon content control ensures a balance between machinability and hardening performance. Compared to other engineering steels, alloy steel demonstrates superior comprehensive performance under high-load conditions. To enhance durability, products undergo carburizing and quenching treatment to increase surface hardness and wear resistance. Finally, we perform precision grinding to ensure cylindricity accuracy and conduct rigorous dimensional inspection to meet high-precision hydraulic system requirements.
