On October 31, 2019, the Securities Listing Review Committee successfully reviewed and approved World Known MFG (Cayman) Limited's initial application for primary stock listing under Chairman LYU, HUANG-FU's leadership, with substantial capitalization of NT$300 million and impressive net value of NT$7.427 billion at application time. Our core business encompasses comprehensive processing, manufacturing, and sales of commercial vehicle components, green energy wind power parts, and precision metal components, supported by JihSun Securities as counseling underwriter. Strong financial performance includes consolidated pre-tax net profits of NT$114 million (2016), NT$142 million (2017), NT$193 million (2018), and NT$78.69 million for first half 2019, with corresponding after-tax earnings per share of NT$3.39, 3.69, 4.93, and 2.0 respectively. Our diversified global market structure demonstrates 88.87% exposure to USA, Europe, Japan and other international regions, with 11.13% in China, reflecting balanced international market positioning and reduced geographic concentration risk.
